How to sign up?

If you don’t have an account yet, just follow the step-by-step guide below:

1. Click the “Sign in” button in the upper-right corner of www.binomo.com.
2. Enter a valid email and a strong password.
3. Pick a currency to trade in wisely, as you won’t be able to change it after registration is complete.
4. Carefully read the Client Agreement and Privacy Policy before agreeing to their terms. Doing so will help you understand how the platform works and avoid rule violations that could result in your account being banned.
5. Сlick “Create Account”.
6. You will be automatically sent an email from the platform. Click the link inside it to confirm your address and complete the registration.

You can also register using a Google/Facebook account.

Note! Opening an account in the Binomo app is similar to the process mentioned above.

Why is the platform unavailable in my country?

Binomo provides its services in over 130 countries worldwide. If you cannot access it in your country, the trading platform is most likely unavailable here. You cannot open a Binomo account if you live in: Canada, the USA, Australia, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Malta, etc.

Sign up with Facebook

You can register on the Binomo platform through your Facebook account. All you need to do is:

1. Open the registration form by clicking the yellow “Sign in” button.
2. Tap the blue Facebook icon.
3. In the new window, enter your username and password.
4. Click “Log in”.
5. Give Binomo access to the necessary information (name, photo, email).

You will be automatically redirected to your new account on the trading platform.

Can relatives register on the platform and trade using the same device?

Members of one family can trade on Binomo. However, they must log in to the platform from separate devices and different IP addresses and use their own accounts.

Note! If your relative opens a new account from your device or the same IP address, Binomo may block both his and your accounts.

I want to register a new account but also keep the old one

Owning multiple accounts is against the Binomo rules. If you wish to register a new account, you have to close the existing one. To do this, follow the simple instructions below:

1. Open the menu by clicking on your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Go to the “Profile” section.
3. Click “Block Account” at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter your password and tap “Block Account” again.

You can now open a new account using another email address.

Note! The opportunity to block an account is only available on the website. If you are a mobile app user, go to the web version or write to support@binomo.com.

Log-in form

If you already have a trading account on the Binomo platform, you can access it with the data provided during registration:

1. Click the “Sign in” button and then “Login”.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Tap “Sign in” again.

I forgot my password

There is no need to worry if you forget your password and cannot log in to Binomo.

If you are using the web version, do the following:

1. Click the “Forgot my password” button in the login form.
2. In the new window, enter the email you used for signing up and click “Send”.
3. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Note! If you are a user of the Binomo mobile app, tap on the “Reset password” button and follow the same steps.

The allowed number of log-in attempts was exceeded

You might have received this message if you entered your password incorrectly more than ten times within one hour. Limiting login attempts is designed to prevent scammers from accessing your account.

Just wait one hour and try to log in to Binomo again. If you are not sure that the password is correct, change it.

I can’t log into my account via Facebook

If you signed up with a Facebook account but forgot your password, just reset it:

1. Click “Forgot password” in the login section (“Reset password” for the Binomo app users).
2. Specify the address you used to register on Facebook and click “Send”.
3. Tap the button in the email from Binomo to create a new password.

You can now log in to the platform with your email and new password.

How to confirm my email?

On the web version:

Note! Users of the iOS app have to visit the platform’s mobile version or write to support to re-request the confirmation email.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation letter?

Check your “Promotions” and “Spam” folders if you can’t find a confirmation email. If it is not there, you may have entered the wrong address during registration.

Update your email by following the instructions below.

For the web version users:

1. Go to the “Profile” section.
2. In the “Contacts” section, change your address.
3. Click “Confirm”.
4. The platform will automatically send a confirmation email to the new address.

For the Android app users:

1. Go to the menu and click “Settings”.
2. Tap on your profile icon.
3. Enter a valid address in the “Email” field.
4. Click “Confirm email”.
5. Check your inbox.

Why should I confirm my email and phone number?

Address confirmation will help the platform ensure the security of your personal data and funds. With a confirmed email, you can recover your password, write to the support team and block the account if necessary.

Binomo will also send you notifications about new tournaments and bonuses. You will receive the platform news and updated educational materials (expert commentary, tips, and strategies).

Phone number confirmation is not a requirement but helps the platform secure your account and funds. You will quickly restore access if you suddenly forget your password or are hacked.

Note! Binomo does not send spam or messages that you have not subscribed to.

How to reset my password on Binomo?

What should I do if I haven’t received an email with the link to recover the password?

Here are some steps you need to follow if you did not find an email from the platform:

1. Check your inbox. If there is no message, look for it in the “Promotions” and “Spam” folders.
2. Make sure that the inbox you are checking is the inbox of the email you used to sign up for Binomo.

How to change my name?

Here are the simple steps that you need to follow to change your name on the Binomo platform:

On the web version:

1. In the upper-right corner, select your profile icon.
2. Go to the “Profile” section.
3. In the “Personal data” column, modify your first name, last name, and nickname.
4. Press “Save”.

Note! The website is the only platform version where you can modify your nickname.

In the Android app:

1. Visit the menu.
2. After selecting “Settings”, click the “Profile” button.
3. Enter your first and last name and click “Save”.

Note! After verification is completed, your name will automatically change according to your identity documents.

How to change my email or phone number?

If you have not yet verified your email address and phone number, you can change them anytime.

Instructions for users of the web version:

1. Go to the “Profile” section.
2. In the contacts area, modify your email or phone number.
3. Сlick the “Save” button.

If you are a user of the mobile app, do the following:

1. Click “Settings” on the menu.
2. Type in your email and select “Save”.

Note! You can update your mobile number only in the Binomo web version.

How to block an account?

If you need to create a new account or decide to take a break from trading, there is an option to block your Binomo account temporarily:

1. Open the menu and go to the “Profile” section.
2. At the bottom of the page, click the red “Block account” button.
3. Enter your password and tap “Block Account” again.

If you decide to close your real account for more than 30 days, withdraw all funds before doing so. Otherwise, a $30 subscription fee will be charged.

Note! You can close your account only in the platform’s web version or by writing to support managers.

How to change my account currency?

It is impossible to change the currency after the registration process is completed. If you make the wrong choice or decide to trade in another currency after some time, you will have to create a new account using a different email address.

Note! Multiple account ownership is prohibited by the Binomo policy. Don’t forget to close your existing account before creating a new one with another currency.

How to change the language of the platform?

Binom supports 13 languages, including English, Hindi, Portuguese, Turkish, etc. To change the platform language, follow the instructions:

For the web version:

1. Go to your profile.
2. In the “Platform language” section, select the desired one from the drop-down list.
3. The change will take effect automatically.

Note! If you are using the mobile app, the language will be automatically set to match your device’s language.

For the Android app:

1. Go to your phone settings and click “General management”.
2. Select the system language you prefer in the “Languages & input” section.

The platform language will automatically change to the selected one.

For the iOS app:

1. Go to settings on your phone and select “General management”.
2. In the “Language and region” field, select the desired language.

The Binomo platform language will also change.

Can I create multiple accounts?

You can only have one account on the Binomo platform. Opening several at once is prohibited by the Client Agreement.

If you want to register a new account, you must block the current one and use the new email address to register.

How to subscribe to the newsletters?

The trading platform provides essential news and informs you about the latest bonuses and promo codes in the newsletters. If you wish to start getting them, follow the steps below.

For the web version:

1. After selecting your profile icon, go to the “Profile” section.
2. Scroll down to “News and notifications”.
3. Check the box next to “Receive newsletters and promotions”.

For the iOS app:

1. Navigate to the menu.
2. Select “Notifications” from the settings.
3. Turn on news notifications and click “Save”.

Note! Users of the Android app can subscribe to the newsletter through the platform’s mobile version.

How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?

1. Go to the “Profile” menu section.
2. Scroll to “News and notifications” and uncheck the box.

For the iOS app users:

You can also refuse mailings by clicking “Unsubscribe” in the upper-right corner of the email from Binomo. However, you will still receive system letters with password reset links and other important information about the account.
